Alex and the team at AMC deliver a truly first-class experience. Quality, professionalism and customer service are clearly at the heart of the business, and their attention to detail is exceptional.
Making such a significant purchase from over 200 miles away initially felt daunting, but the whole process was seamless and reassuring from the outset. Every member of the team - from sales, to Gemma and Georgia in customer service, to the technicians and valet team - was professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
What really sets AMC apart is the personal service. Small touches, like checking in on our train journey and collecting us from the station, made a big impression and showed a genuine commitment to customer care.
The PDI, handover and aftersales support have all been spot on. I would highly recommend AMC to anyone looking for a motorhome or caravan. If they have what you want, do not hesitate.
