Booked in to have my cambelt & water pump changed on my a class lhd van. Took a tad longer than I expected but they did a great job. Replaced the leaking main bearing seal at the same time. Very friendly & professional.

Loose LPG gauge was sorted straight away by Steve using one off an old bottle. No charge despite 15 mins of his time. Everyone seemed pleasant.

Everyone at AMC is helpful and want to do the best they can. My van recently went into limp mode near to home. I was due to go to Scotland in 4 days and I knew they were fully booked in the workshop. They pulled out all the stops to get the van working again. I can’t thank them enough

Making such a significant purchase from over 200 miles away initially felt daunting, but the whole process was seamless and reassuring from the outset. Ive recently exchanged my motorhome for a newer model at AMC and can say that the staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. I travelled from Manchester to view the vehicle and then returned to collect it having asked for a motorised step and external aerial socket to be fitted. Both were fitted very neatly and exactly as I had requested. Brilliant service and I only wish they were a little closer but still, well worth travelling the distance and dealing with in my opinion.

Thank you so much to Chris and the service team for quickly repairing our motorhome prior to our impending road trip. New ecu ordered and fitted, new tyres fitted and spare wheel carrier repaired in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Thanks again, you’ve all really saved our holiday. Highly recommended.

Having experienced poor aftercare at another local dealership where I'd purchased my van I went to AMC for her habitation check. What a difference! Great care - they dropped me back home and picked me up when it was complete. They'd also mended something the other dealership had said would have to be bought new... such a different experience. Thank you.

I purchased a campervan from AMC and the whole process was excellent. After spotting the campervan on their website I did have some initial reservations as the showroom is a several hundred mile round trip from my house. However, this wasn't really an issue as I found the communication and viewing experience to be first class. AMC sent videos of the van before I travelled to view it and I found the viewing/sales team to be relaxed and not at all pushy.
Alex was always available to answer any questions, even picked me up from the train station to collect the campervan.
Despite the distance I would certainly use AMC in future.

I’m a new customer to AMC and new to motorhomes. However, the team gave me a real introduction it. They took the time to offer lots of viewings and gave me some great advice. I purchased a gorgeous motorhome and any issues or questions I had after the sale were answered. Can’t fault them on customer service and would happily recommend to friends and buy from here again.

We had a small but very significant problem with our toilet cassette. This was fixed very quickly and cheerfully. We were back on the road within minutes and were very impressed by the service.

I recently saw a Burstner motorhome advertised through AMC and after a phone call then comprehensive video tour with Sales Manager Geoff, flew down from Edinburgh to confirm things the next day. Geoff and the other AMC staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming and the whole business had a real family feel to it. Just after we picked it up and were driving back north, a minor problem was identified. Geoff very quickly dealt with the issue and arranged for us to call into an associated Motorhome business enroute where the problem was sorted in no time at all. Great communication, service and value from start to finish.

AMC have been just fantastic from our first visit when looking for a camper right through to the aftersales service we received. First visit was very informative, great knowledge and no pressure at all. We were given as much time as we wanted to take a look round with the staff on hand whenever we had a question. The purchase of the vehicle was perfect, everything was explained regarding the sale, warranty, RAC cover etc. We had requested some additional items to be ready when we picked the camper up. All were done to a high standard, all explained. Communication throughout.
