Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Salary: 26,500 - 27,000

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at AMC MotorCaravans in Hailsham, East Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing business that specialises in motorhomes, campervans and caravans. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking customers in for services & MOTs
• Explaining workshop problems
• Preparing estimates & upselling additional work
• Managing workshop schedules & moving vehicles when needed
• Keeping customers updated
• Handling complaints and compliments 

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar automotive Service Advisor role
• Excellent customer experience 
• Good organisational skills 
• Able to work under pressure
